Caking It Up – Cookie Stencil Deco

Introduction

Add texture and depth to your cookies with this acrylic cake stencil by Caking It Up.

The stencil pattern area is 11 x 11 cm – heaps of pattern for large cookies!

These look amazing when used with a white on white effect, but also stunning when used with contrasting colours.

To use:

• For a slightly raised relief effect, use with royal icing or buttercream mixed to a firm consistency.
• Fix your stencil against your cookie using masking tape or your hands.
• Spread icing with a spatulaand remove excess with a scraper before removing stencil.
• Allow each panel to dry before moving onto the next section.
• You can also apply colouring direct to the stencil – use with lustre dust and powder colours, edible paints, airbrushing and more.

Stencil can also be used with an airbrush; and is perfect for creating a partial stencilling effect on your cakes as well!
