Introduction

Level Baking Belts help ensure moist, evenly baked cakes.

Fits around your cake tin just like a belt and is secured using belt loops to ensure even heat distribution through the baking tin, avoiding burnt edges and raw centres.

The multiple layers of a special fabric both insulate the cake and reflect heat away from the sides of the cake tin – this forces the heat to rise upwards from the base, which is a much more even and efficient way to bake.

Works in a similar way to Wilton Bake Even strips – must be used moist, or may burn.

Strip measures 142cm long x 10cm high.

Fits any 12″- 16″ diameter round tin, or any 10″- 12″ square tin

To use:
Soak the belt in cold water
Remove excess water – but do not wring
Wrap around the pan and fit like a belt using both loops
