Add some delicious flavour to your treats with our LorAnn’s CaramelFlavour Oil. A wonderfully rich addition to a variety of desserts, our Caramel flavour also tastes delicious in beverages and other treats.

LorAnns super strength flavors (also known as candy oils or flavoring oils) are three to four times the strength of water or alcohol-based flavorings or extracts. Use in Hard candy, general candy making, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream and a wide variety of other baking and confectionery applications.

Kosher certified. Gluten-free & sugar-free. Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings, but you will need to add cocoa butter/oil to prevent thickening.
