Cake dummies are perfect for:

• practising icing skills
• replacing tiers to reduce weight of your cake, or avoid cake waste (and cost)

Tip: if using fondant, apply a layer of piping gel to help fondant stick.

Please note: with polystyrene there may be dings or little chunks missing – this is not considered defective and can easily be filled with buttercream or fondant.
