Get creative with this sparkly pennant garland kit, featuring large card pennants and extra long ribbon for you to string on your own decorations.

Each pennant flag features rose gold glitter on one side and plain rose gold on the reverse, with holes at the top to thread onto ribbon.

Use all the same side or alternate glitter and plain. Add your own elementssuch as balloons, fans, cutouts and more – the possibilities are endless!
