Instructions & Car:

• Remove the protective cover
• Clip to side of pan or fryer
• Tip should never touch the bottom of pan or sides
• Do not heat to beyond thermometer temperature
• Allow to cool while clipped to the pan or place on a dry cloth
• DO NOT place hot thermometer on cold/wet surface
• DO NOT wipe or handle hot thermometer with a wet cloth
• Clean the thermometer stem before each use
