Silicone Mould – Christmas Icons

Introduction

Create fun fondant or gumpaste decorations using this Christmas Icons silicone mould.

The mould is approximately 8.5cm diameter and includes 9 cavities in different Christmas design: candy cane (2), snow man, wreath, holly (2), reindeer, snowflake and Christmas tree.

This silicone mould is made out of a silicone system specially formulated for use in food and confectionery and complies to FDA regulations.

Use with flower or modelling paste (gumpaste), fondant (with tylose as hardener), marzipan and more.

Tips:

• Roll gently over the silicone mould and remove excess paste with a blade tool rather than a knife to avoid damaging the sugarcraft silicone mould.
• For easy release, the sugarcraft silicone moulds can be lightly dusted with cornflour.
