Sweet Sticks Stencil – Mini Details Flag

Introduction

Mini Details from Sweet Sticks are designed to give you customisable lettering and numbers effortlessly for all your dessert decorations. Mini Details are small enough to elevate and customise cookies, cupcakes, cakepops, macarons and more.

Can be embossed with fondant alone or for a metallic finish simply use the Sweet Sticks ‘Dust with Zero Fuss’ method.

Approximate height of each flag is 1.5cm

Instructions:

1. Roll out fondant to desired thickness.
2. Place stencil over your fondant, slowly continue to roll until imprint of letter or number is on fondant.
3. Apply a thin coat of Alcohol Free Activator over your stencil.
4. Shield the rest of your letters with the Shape shield to save the rest of your fondant from getting messy.
5. Gently apply Lustre with Lustre Brush over the top. Brush away excess dust.
6. Slowly peel stencil.
7. Cut shape using the cutter provided.
